It's been 6 weeks since my lap and I've still not actually been told what they found/what went on and the letter still hasn't been sent to my GP. How do I go about getting hold of the hospital for this as I'm not local to it and all I have is their generic email address?

Ring the hospital switchboard and ask for your surgeon’s secretary. Or check if the contact number is listed on their website and ring direct x

The hospital is having a nightmare and all the switchboard is down, emails aren't going through and the costing to access the lap pictures isn't even listed on their website, so annoying!
