Pain and bloating

Question do any of you have a constant bloated full feeling in stomach and burning around vagina and pain like urine infection

I have adjusted my diet to reduce bloating. I’ve eliminated as much gluten, dairy, and processed sugar as I can, and it has helped that full, bloated feeling immensely. It takes around 1 month to start working, so it’s not a super quick fix. You can also drink peppermint tea to help with bloating.

Like Jane I'm on a gluten dairy free low sugar diet.

I've also looked into a low foodmap diet which temporarily eliminates difficult to digest food categories and gradually reintroduces them to work out what individual triggers you have. dietvsdisease.org/diy-low-fodmap-diet/

I've started taking high strength probiotics too and took enzymes for a while.

The bladder issues if they aren't cystitis of an infection might be interstitial cystitis, called the evil twin of Endo as they frequently coexist. If so I managed to address mine by stopping using toiletries on the area in the shower, going SLES and paraben free in my shower and shampoo products and using organic sanitary towels.
