I’m awaiting a consultation with a specialist however my GP believes I have Endo. Does anyone recommend anyways to relieve the fatigue?? I can occasionally control the pain, however I’m always exhausted. It’s effecting my education, social and personal life. Please help. Thanks

Fatigue??
I’m sorry to say that chronic fatigue goes hand in hand with endo and I haven’t found a way to manage it without completely overhauling my life. If you haven’t heard of it ‘spoon theory’ is a really good analogy for those of us trying to understand our chronic illness and explain it to others.
Other than that I have to really pace myself (if I know I have a busy day coming up I will have a rest day the day before and the day after). Also I find the endo diet really helps with fatigue. If you google ‘endo resolved’ a website should come up with info about the endo diet.
Hope that helps a little! Xxx
I’m vuessing your doctor has checked your iron levels and thyroid? If you have heavy periods then you might also be iron deficient . Endo makes me tired though and it comes and goes.goid days are great as you never take them for granted !! But I do look at other people doing a thousand things and wish I could too. Pacing yourself and being kind to yourself helps. It’s not that you are lazy .
