Anyone get shaky hands?

I’ve got my lap tomorrow (arghh!)

My pain has been awful the last 3-4 months, practically constant and I’ve noticed that I get really shaky hands. Almost like a tremor. Wondered if this was a response to the pain or something. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this? x

I got shaky hands and it turned out it was because my thyroid levels were out of balance. Worth getting that checked maybe?

Good luck tomorrow

Thanks - I will. I thought my GP had already checked my thyroid levels but to be honest I’ve had that many tests, I’ve lost track so will ask x

I get this and it’s because of my thyroid, but I can receive any treatment for it because my thyroid levels balance themselves back out again! After your lap (Good luck!!!!) see your GP and ask for bloods to be done x

Thanks I will. Sometimes it’s not too bad but sometimes I’m shaking so badly. I’ll ask them to check it out x

I get shaky hands, legs and my jaw is also really bad with it. I was always told it was my body’s was of coping with the pain and everything that’s going on inside. It also gets worse if I’m really stressed or anxious x
