Tugging sensation

I had a lap by a general gynae in May this year and no endo was found. For the past couple of months I’ve been getting a horrible tugging sensation around my belly button scar which has been becoming more frequent, is this normal? It’s not painful it’s just a horrible sensation

I get this and was convinced it was scar tissue but none was found during my lap. I think it either scar tissue or tight muscles/fascia (fascia is what binds the muscles and organs).
