Nothing is working..

Hi everyone,

This post is just a bit of a moan because I'm getting really close to having another attack. I know when one's coming on because I get an awful migraine and then about two hours later - boom. I can't stop it from happening, I can't ease the pain because I have no painkillers that work. Ibuprofen doesn't touch it, and don't even get me started on bloody paracetamol. I've tried all the painkillers the doctors have given me, each one makes me sick which then makes my stomach even more painful. Woke up this morning and guess what - awful migraine. Two hours later, sat on the sofa crying my eyes out as the pain is increasing and showing no signs of stopping. I can't move, I'm on my own and I feel so upset and angry and just..fed up. I can't do anything to help myself, and when I'm on my own I just feel so alone.

I'm meant to be at work in four hours as well..

I just want to curl up in a ball, hide and just disappear for a while..

Thinking of you. XXX

So sorry you are having such a rough patch. Just a thought but have you had any luck with migraine meds at all rather than straight painkillers?
