As long as you remain positive...

As long as you remain positive and have no fear then everything will be alright. One thing I have learnt through my journey with endo is that firstly fear makes it 100% worse. Fear that if I go out and my symptoms flare up what do I do or how am I'm going to cope when the pain is so bad. Well in the end I do and on my good days I don't even remember how I felt at that time. I solider on on through knowing this is part of my journey and if I wasn't going through this it would have been something else. No ones life is pain free there is always something going on, and unfortunately this is ours. Hope everyone has a good day and keep thinking positively even on your worse days and moments. Just think to yourself 'this time tomorrow or in a couple of hours I will be fine because I always manage to' xx
