Torsion ovary after cyst removal and menstrual

Hi everyone,I just had complex cysts surgery done like 4 weeks ago,I didn't get my period for the whole month after the surgery but luckily I got the first day of the New month but my left abdomen where the cyst was is too painful. How do one treat ovarian torsion , will I feel this pain during every period circle up until the ovary has twisted itself back or what. Please help.
