I'm in pain in my back and hips and legs not sure if it's endo or potentially arthritis. But I did some research and have found that magnesium and Himalayan salt with essential oil is supposed to help with pain detox us and help with magnesium absorbtion. Iv bought 10kg of the stuff. Good price.
Does anyone use it I'm running a bath right now hoping for the best.

Thyme very good. It feels nice almost like you can feel that it's pulling the toxins out your body. Do you know what I mean. My first time today will defo be part of my regime now ๐๐๐ค
Do you add fresh thyme or from a spice jar. I have loads of thyme and lavender growing in my herb garden. I love the smell of lavender , rosemary and oregano I use them a lot in cooking. I was thinking of growing my own turmeric and ginger as I use a lot of these as well. xx
I used essential oils that I mix with the salt in a pot before adding to the bath! If you were to use it fresh, I'd dry it first by hanging it upside down in a cool dry place, and crush it in a pestle a morter to release the oils and put it in a tea strainer or something unless you're down for bits in the bath ๐๐ป
Hey hun. It did help although I was tossing n turning quite a bit I defo noticed a difference I'm going to try it 3 -4 times a week see how I go. ๐๐๐
Hi I donโt have a bath as my place is too small. I makeup a magnesium oil spray which is spray on my legs etc. I also take magnesium with calcium and use potassium. Helps with the leg cramps especially the ones brought on by the medsโ I was on.
Hi I use better you magnesium flakes of amazon. Boil 1/2 cup spring water pour into glass jug add 1/2 cup mag flakes still until dissolved. When cooled put in a spray bottle. You can buy it ready made but it costs a lot. X
Hi love I think itโs more than likely to be the endo to be honest. Never underestimate referred pain. Itโs understandable to think when you feel pain in your legs it is in your legs but Iโve been amazed by referred pain, all stemming from inflammation in my pelvis. Iโve susoected endo on diaphragm and that refers pain to my shoulder blade & neck really badly but only around ov & period time, then I get bad leg pain on build up to period and first few days. My surgeon said there are soooo many blood vessels/arteries running through the pelvis down to through the legs that inflammation in pelvis from endo can put pressure on the nerves and cause pain. Try and not worry that it could be a separate condition, like arthritis, I think it more than likely itโs endo related. I took magnesium supplement and perhaps saw some small benefit but when it was referred pain I really had to work backwards to look at controlling the main inflammation in my pelvis from the endo. After very major surgery to blast the endo I always saw improvement in my leg pain so I think itโs linked unfortunately. Enjoy those baths though, they help relax you and that canโt be a bad thing! Xx
I sez thanks hun for that I understand the referred pain aspect I believe I get that a lot.
The arthritis thing comes in through over the years my hands have started locking and going stiff with weak grip and swollen joints the pain in my usual back is on my hips but when I bend I get a really sharp electric not thing through my bone and my knees throb and ache also grate I think the doc thinks possible arthritis because it's over a time and getting worse I also suffer with a lot of pins and needles too some time where I can move my leg has locked a few times being in a queue just come over md suddenly and told others to go ahead because I can't move. I don't know if all that's linked. But I do know a lot of it is referred I agree. I just definitely feel something else is going on and has been progressing for years now it's affecting me when I'm cooking and cleaning in my hands ๐๐ค๐
