Bottom Pain

Hi

I had an ultrasound scan on my pelvis and internally on Friday. Since then my period has started and is causing me agony once again! I have noticed I am getting sharp shooting pains in my bottom too. Is this a symptom of Endo?

I am seeing my GP on friday about the scan results, and will mention it then too.

Hi there!

Sorry to hear that you're in pain ☹️ I was diagnosed with endo in the pouch of Douglas and ileosacral ligaments two years ago and I often get pain in my bum cheeks and anus as well as all the usual back, tummy and leg pains. So yeah, unfortunately this is a symptom of this horrible condition.

Its more than likely, I think a lot of bottom pain can be linked to endo. On my period I have pain going to the loo and bleeding there I also get back pain which the doctor said could be linked its better to tell the doctor.
