Irregular period

I haven't had my period in three months and it just started on sunday. It rushed slowly at first and it's getting heavier. My flow lasts for only 5 days but it's over a week now and it just keeps getting heavy. This happened last year. I didn't Bleed for three months and when it started in the fourth months. It lasted for two weeks and a half. After which it flowed normally for the next six months. And it's happening again. I have no idea what's going on
