Sore glands in neck and weak arms

Does anyone else have days of feeling so weak and exhausted with sore glands in their neck and also ear pain and head pressure. I always thought it was viral but it's every month if not more now! I feel almost flu like in some ways x

Not exactly the same but I get a similar feeling of being run down. I have bad aches in my shoulders as extreme tiredness. I used to put this down to illness or something wrong in my diet until I realised it happens at a similar time each month. I've definitely heard other people talk about the same problems as you so you are definitely not alone!
