Sore nipples

I'm on progesterone only, have been for 3 weeks and this last 2 weeks my nipples feel like gravel and the pain of anything on them or brushing them is awful. I've read it's a sign of pregnancy but pretty sure that's not the case for me, just wondering if anyone else had experienced the same because Google isn't very useful?!

Right? I went from barely fitting in an A to at least a C! My boobs themselves don't hurt as much as they have in the past, just literally the nipples feeling like razors

In ivf circles the progesterone pessaries are known for causing sore boobs. Imagine it's similar if you take other progesterone. Having said that, when I was on cerazette which is a progesterone only pill, I don't remember having sore boobs... if I did then it must have settled down.
