I'm so tired all the time I feel the simplest of things a real chore and I have really let myself go because I just don't have the energy to sit there doing make up ect, does anyone have any tips or advice that works for them ?
Any help is greatly appreciated I used to be so activate and always doing stuff that I just feel like I have totally lost myself and who I am since endo I just so want to feel normal and even if it's just being able to have a bit more get up and go xx

I feel exactly the same, I honestly just sit around all day or am in & out of bed. I've never been much of an active person but since endo came into my life I pretty much have no energy for anything. So I don't really have any advice for you other than to do things when you feel you can manage it but know your limits. It's a difficult thing but just know you aren't alone.
I find that some days that are easier/harder than others to get out of bed and get motivated, but overall there's usually just a fog of tiredness stopping me waking up properly first thing.
I like to try and find one thing a day that I'll look forward to, which helps me wake up.
Sometimes it's having a hot bubble bath with a book, sometimes it's cudding the kitten, sometimes it's as small as having food I like in the kitchen to eat, so I have to get out of bed to go and get it!
If I choose that one thing as the thing I'm aiming to do, then everything else feels like an achievement. Try and do the small things first and then build up from there if you want to.
Hope this helps a bit, even if it just lets you know that you're not alone.
Thank you so much, that's such a good idea I will give it go, I hope things get easier for you take care x
I know this sounds counter-intuitive and possibly a bit patronising, but I always find a walk helps ! once I've walked I feel more energised ( even if its short lived ) x
I have tried this a few time and your 100% right I always do feel more awake , it's just to getting up to go that's hard ahah. Thank you your for advice xx
Oh I know that, I have to really force myself to go sometimes. I always tell myself that, I will a feel better than I do now when I have come back from my walk ! Xx
I work full time and by 5pm I'm done for the day amd all I can do is get home and crash on the sofa. I play 5 a side football on a Sunday, but I play in goal which is good because it's light exercise amd also gives me something to look forward to and makes me want to move!
Are you taking any vitamins? They can help a lot with fatigue x
Women specific ones are great, can't name brands but there's a lot out there, and there's s lot of either caffeine ones or herbal alternatives for combating fatigue. A pharmacist would definitely be able to help recommend x
