symptoms returning after total hysterectomy?

Hi

Just wondered if anyone else has experienced a return of symptoms after a total hysterectomy?

I had my hysterectomy in Jan 2015 and recently I have had increasing pelvic pain, bloating, terrible low back ache, general fatigue and lethargy/'heaviness'.

Not sure whether I have IBS or the dreaded endo is still happening in there.

I used livial for 12 months after surgery but now have oestrogen patches and oestrogel as my HRT. Perhaps I should revert back to livial.

Would be great to hear if anyone else has a similar experience...

Hi Em,

I'm awaiting surgery but I'm on livial as I'm on prostap injections until the op. Having read a fair bit recently maybe the patches have flaired the endo back up again? Did you have excision of the endo with your hysterectomy?

Could you maybe get in touch with your consultants secretary and explain the situation and see if you could maybe have an appointment?
