Deep pelvic pain?

This post may be a bit confusing because it's really hard to describe this pain I've been getting. I'm trying to get diagnosed with endometriosis and having a lap done soon but this is the one pain (out of them all) that I'm struggling to deal with. I wanted to find out if anyone else gets this:

It's like pain in my groin, but I can't point to it. It's sort of like a deep, burning, pelvic pain sensation. The only thing I can compare it to is like having a UTI, but so much worse and really deep inside my vagina. Also, my whole vagina kind of goes numb feeling, maybe it's something to do with my nerves but everywhere is just burning, deep inside and out. It's absolutely horrendous and I end up having to take tramadol for it. Just wondering if anyone else suffers with this as I feel like I'm going mad?

I get deep pelvic pain and vaginal pain like I've been kicked down there. Had a second lap this week so hoping it will help the symptoms. You're not going mad! I felt like that especially as was feeling worse after my first lap last year and nothing helped it. Hope your lap goes well x
