I'm on implanon and it's been good for me. Mine is coming out in a few weeks to see what happens to my pain when my body hormones are back to normal!

I don't want any of them though I'm generally happy with the pill but I don't know what to do now

I have Nexplanon which is the newer implant. I have to say after a couple of weeks of nipping due to the healing process it has been the best thing I have been on as I don't have the worry of taking a pill or sometimes missing the pill due to forgetting. Also for once I don't have intermittent bleeding which is a big bonus.

Anyway back to your question.......

It is saying you may wish to consider so they are not saying you have to come off the pill.

The implant, depo and coil are probably listed as this means there is no risk of you forgetting to take your pill.

The implant can be kept in for 3 years, depot is normally administered every 3 months by a nurse and the coil for up to 5 years.

Hope this is of some help to you x
