Should I take the pill???

So basically I was told to run the pill together and stop when I started bleeding, then take it again after 4 days. It's been 4 days and I'm still bleeding heavily, should I take the pill tonight or wait? Wouldn't have any qualms with it but last month I took it while bleeding heavily and have been in pain all month, so idk I'm being paranoid or if they're related but would appreciate any advice x
