laparoscopy when on period

Hi. I was just wondering if anyone knew if I will be ok to have my laparoscopy done if I'm on my period? Ive just noticed what might be some spotting ready for me to come on and I'm due to have my operation this weds so worrying that they won't do it thanks xxxx

I had mine on my period and they didn't mind. Just give them a heads up when you are there xx
