So I had a biopsy during a laparoscopy 2 months ago. I waited 1 month to be told that the biopsy result came back abnormal. I still haven't yet been able to have my follow-up appointment to my operation to discuss what the abnormal result means as the appointment I've been given (which is the first available) is the end of July. So that's a 4 month wait for a result.

I hope that you have better luck than me getting hold of your results, but just get in touch with the gp's after 1-2 weeks to see if they have the results and go from there!

Hey, if they're giving you the results that quickly then they're really keen to do something about it. Results could be anything and there's not much point worrying about how bad it could be (I know it's hard not to!) until you get there, because it's not going to change anything.

I hope it all goes okay for you and that this means that they'll help you start feeling better

I hope everything goes ok. I cried today for the first time, finally letting go of some of the stress I've been feeling. Feel better now I've had a good long cry it's made me feel loads better. Now I'm more ready to face whatever might be coming on Thursday. Still not feeling that reassured but not as scared as I was. Whatever Will be will be...

Got my results today.... not good news I do have endometrial cancer it's not been staged yet just graded as a 2 going to see another specialist in London on Monday then possible surgery in the next 2 weeks....

Hi, I'm sorry you are going through a tough time and you have received the much dreaded C diagnosis. I've read your past messages and I can definitely feel you are a woman with charisma and strength, I have no doubt whatsoever that you are going to be able to go through this nightmare and continue to look after yourself 💪 On top of that, you have no doubt a supportive hubby, friends and family, and a community to support you should you ever feel like talking/venting/whining/complaining about it 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Hi, how are you getting on? Hope you're ok 💪

Paul isn't my hubby not yet anyway. I've had no end of people saying I have the willpower to beat this damn thing . I know it's treatable but what if questions always come into the equation.. as my dear baby sister said just go with whatever the doctors tell you and everything else will turn out ok.

Your sister is right, I'll try to apply her advice to my own situation 💪💪

Be strong be brave and hope all is well soon. Prayers are coming your way.x

Im now 9 days post op had a total laparoscopic hysterectomy and basically everything is gone. Im sore have brain fogs like you wouldn't believe. But touch wood everything is gone as far as that damned cancer is concerned. Im going to see the consultant on Monday to get the final results so fingers crossed I may not need chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Though nothing is set in stone yet
