Spotting

Never had this before but 2 weeks after my period a had some bright red fresh blood, just 1 bit every evening for about 3 nights followed by dark old menstual blood during the day, period was due today but it's. it regular so I can't put much stock in it but the spotting has started again, just in the evening. GP seemed unconcerned. Anyone else had this. Thanks x x

I had this it was due to an endometrioma cyst but I also had it on and off when I was on the pill, has the gp reffered you for a scan to see if there are any cysts xxx
