I had a laparoscopy 3 weeks ago, from suffering with endometriosis! I've been very sore from the operation .. which is completely normal. These last couple of days I've been feeling very uncomfortable & bruised from the waist down like I've done a work out at the gym! Has anyone else suffered from these symptoms?

Hello, i too had a lap 4 weeks ago but as well as excise endo they also unstuck my bowel and removed my appendix and separated adhesions and scar tissue.

I found the other day i over did it a bit - changed the bed! - and then felt quite uncomfortable in my tummy again. More pulling and achy than bruised, but can't help feeling its similar. Did you lift something heavy? or twist a bit awkwardly? At these early days I'm afraid any little thing can upset the healing process so just try to keep resting and taking it easy
