Well, lap done first thing this morning - was brought in at 8, first on the list, home at lunchtime!
Consultant found mild adhesions, plus what he thought was "most likely" to be a small patch of endometriosis on the utero sacral ligament. Think it was lasered. He also mentioned something to do with narrow vagina, and bleeding from an ovary, but I can't remember the details and he didn't seem concerned by these?
The strange thing is that my discharge notes don't mention the endo, just the adhesions, but I'm 100% certain that's what he told me, I paid very close (woozy) attention to that part!
No follow up review needed apparently. I'd mentioned how recently my mid cycle pain seemed to be more sciatic in nature and he said that if that continues an MRI might be needed to check disc positions but that was it.
Starting to come round a bit now after sleeping most of the afternoon.
