Awful night.

Iv had such a horrible night 😞 Couldn't even cough without being in pain. My body was killing me felt so sore, almost like having bed sores.

Woke up with a headache again. 😭

Yup hormonal changes can cause headaches or migraines.

I used to never get migraines then I took loloestrin and ever since then I had migraines before my periods then when I went on my progesterone pill migraines when Id be due for one or when I start spotting.
