Hi, can anyone give me any advice on preventing my fatigue and sickness feeling please? From an internal examination they think I have adhesions but I feel I have systems of endometriosis. I'm waiting for my laparoscopy date, but struggling most days with abdominal pain, fatigue pain, breathlessness and sickness. I've started a new job and struggling badly with my fatigue and being able to concentrate. I'm taking Nerpoxen and co codimol but that only helps for two hours at one time. I've been told i should only take the nerpoxen twice a day. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance x

I have a Mirena coil and also been taking turmeric supplements and omega 3. I feel that this may be easing the endo inflammation, helping with pain and easing my fatigue. If endometriosis is found during your lap you could ask for a Mirena to be inserted during your op. Unless you want to try for a baby immediately after. Good luck x

Oh wow thank you Jaine33. I've never heard of Turmeric supplements before, i'm definitely going to give those a try. I get a terrible pushing pain. I thought i had a vigina prolapse and struggle sitting. Hopefully these will take the inflammation down and I'll find out more about the Mirena coil. Thanks again x

Ask your doctor for a tablet for nausea.im on methotrexate jabs, can feel very sickish at times but got tablets from doc to stop it,just put them under your top lip and they dissolve, they work great for me.
