Thank you for your reply. I'm currently going through ivf so I will research to see if I can do it. Currently have a cyst which is stopping from getting to the second stage of stimming!

Awe good luck hope your ivf goes well I used caster oil packs when I had ovarian cysts and got scanned few months later and it had went away x

There is a drug you can use it's called primlut only on prescription it's the best thing that has happened to me Ask your consultant to give you a priscription for it

I have been looking at red clover but not used it yet I have also been speaking to a registered herbalist as they can look at you as a whole person with diet etc and maybe help with getting hormones balanced out its not quick but maybe kinder to your body if it works/helps . Also I found accupuncture helpful to regulate pain a bit.

Tumeric steep with ginger is excellent for cyst.
