Hi I've been like this you must go to the doctor and take a sample of urine if you can wee some out

Spent most of the day in a and e after eventually passing some urine my bladder was left with 138 ! They say I need to be referred to a urologist! Due to get coil fitted next week in an attempt to ease adymyosis and endo pain! Any suggestions?

Yes during flareups this is my classic symptom but at the same time (TMI) I keep having bowel movements.

I would say to go to the doctor to get your blood tested like Adhamiltom however with endo blood and proteins in urine are pretty common and if you don't have an infection you might feel like crap.

This also happened to me when I had kidney stones: I peed and then couldn't for a few hours then I had excruciating pain and went to the washroom 40 minutes later.

Can you take Tylenol? I find during my flareups it makes me pee within 30 minutes. I also drink cranberry juice and it helps too, it's just if you haven't been tested for IC that might make the pain worse b/c it's acidic.

Another thing I do is one heating pad on my back and one on my front and it helps.

Not what you're looking for?
