Hi I'm new here, I'm 52yrs old and was told I have a 10cm simple cyst on my left ovary after going to A&E with suspected kidney stone, after going to the doctors with severe period pains but no period as I haven't had a period in over a year now. This all happened 6 weeks ago have had no pain since got to go and have another scan end of October my question is is this cyst likely to go away on its own?
