Day ten of bleeding

Ten days ago I sneezed really strongly which hurt my lower stomach so badly, but I tried to ignore the pain. Less than ten minutes later I started bleeding, like the same amount as with a decent period. I found it a little odd since I have been on cerezette for about a year and never had any bleeding or spotting, but I didn't think much of it. But it is now day ten of now heavy bleeding and my cramp is so bad, just as bad as when I sneezed. Anyone every had anything like that happen to them?
