So sorry Sam. You must be going out of your mind. I hope all is well for you this time.

I just think it's difficult to go by other people's experiences, we are all different. I had pain in the early stages of my first pregnancy. I thought my period was starting at first. Then I would feel pulling and tugging. I bled from 10-16 weeks with my second baby and gave birth 5 weeks early. My placenta had given up and I lost a lot of blood. I didn't know I had endo/adeno until afterwards.

Thinking of you.

Hi,

As Cookie said above, everyones different but also there can be aches & pains associated with pregnancy by themselves so thats worth remembering.

I too remember period like pains in the 1st trimester with my 2nd son.

Dont feel bad about pestering a midwife for extra checks & reassurance, it would be more than justified given your history.

I tried to consciously relax & calm myself at least once a day to get rid of the stress hormone cortisol too.

All the best

Jx

I'm so sorry for your miscarriages.

I was told that pregnancy was likely to be painful since as your uterus moves and changes it pulls at your endo adhesions. I have never been pregnant so I don't know and I'm sorry I can't help more. Good luck, I hope everything goes well x

Hello, Im so sorry for what you are going through! I lost 6 pregnancies due to ectopics and miscarriages. I was told I would never have any children because of endo and we had to stop trying as the next one would kill me. I proved them wrong! We have 3 beautiful kiddos. Ive had endo since I was 12 and am stage 4. I too had severe endo pain throughout all my pregnancies. It was horrible. With our youngest I was put on bed rest at 22 weeks as I was dialating. Hospital visists 3-4 times a week to check baby. My specialist all told me the losses were all due to the endo. Endo its a horrid diease. Because of endo I had ovarian cancer with recurrence and a radical hysterectomy. In total ive had 19 surgeries because of endo. I will be 35 this month. Hang in there. The reward in the end is worth all the pain! Stay strong!

Hi sweetie I am so sorry to hear this!! Progesterone levels play a huge part in whether women miscarry or not. progesterone creams have prevented MANY miscarriages do some research online. I've used it also to help me with endo and cyst pain and I'm a mess with out it! They say to use it until your out of your first trimester then your body should be creating enough on its own. if you start the cream don't stop using it because a drop in progesterone levels causes you to miscarry (which could be why you miscarried before, because your body couldn't reach those levels on its own.) if you want it fast I would go to your nearest whole food store and grab a bottle then order a better quality one online like natpro. thats what I use. its very concentrated and not oily like others. progesterone-info.com/misca... this is a good site you can email joy Lewis she will help you with dosage and tell you to use it morning and night. Look up the testimonials of women who miscarried multiple times until they used it! We are very estrogen dominant because of our food and the chemicals we deal with daily. pesticides on our food, cleaning products, meat is filled with extra estrogens, it's a mess! If you have endo that's a strong sign you are already estrogen dominant because estrogens feed endo. So progesterone cream will help your pain and should help save your pregnancy!! Good luck! Get online and read !! There are so many good testimonials! email joy Lewis from natpro she will advise you. :) Xx

Hey, came across this post and just wanted to check - are you based in the US? The link you posted to natpro is an American site and these products aren't that readily available in the UK. Would you recommend using this even if my fertility doctor hasn't advised me to try it yet? Just in your opinion.

I had laparoscopy done a few weeks ago and just waiting for my follow-up appointment so he could tell me what my 'plan of action' is and what level endometriosis they diagnosed me. They didn't tell me this straight after the surgery, only that they were able to remove some endometrioma and a cyst.

Thanks!
