Groin pain

Hi

just wanted to ask if anyone else gets a sharp pain in left side of groin area, had it bad today & had it several times in the past really don't know what it is, had endo exised & hystrectomy & bso nearly 1 year ago no hrt but now back on prostap monthly injections as seem to be mimicking a monthly cycle with pain. I get really bad groin pain sometimes and I had a hysto & BSO. i think mine is vein related when the femoral vein gets inflammed - apparently the nerves in the groin area can cause that. i have stretching exercises I do and also find that cold packs on the creases of the groin help x

The past few days I've been getting it. My physiotherapist said to put a heating pad on & to do stretches: lunges, quad, massage in circles between mons vernis and hip bone, you should feel a dip between them.
