Horrendous PMT anyone else?? I am not on any contraception as we are trying for a baby, so I literally have nothing to control it and have argued with my husband all weekend cause everything he's said has annoyed me beyond belief! Anyone else??? Thanks x

I suffer terribly with PMT, I'm also not on contraception currently wondering if it's best to go back on it!

Unfortunately yes, me too 😣 Last month seemed ridiculous, I was even getting on my own nerves! Was very tearful and flying off the handle at stupid things. Found some of the Well Woman capsules in my cupboard and started back on these, it did seem to calm things a bit.

We're trying to conceive too, the manufacturers of the Well Woman capsules also do a pregnacare supplement which I might look into in a bid to balance the hormone rollercoaster a bit, but will research carefully as always wary of aggravating the dreaded endo further 😧 ! X X X X

I used to but instead of getting mad, I would cry a lot and feel depressed and then get very accusing of people and gossipy.

I've heard fish oils and evening primrose might help, have you tried them?

Hopefully your other half understands what you are going thru. My X used to annoy me every month, but this all stopped when I had a child so I can only say to you, buy the kit that tells you when you are your most fertile and get pregnant a.s.a.p. Good luck I hope its very soon for you both.

I have dreadful pmt I'm a complete physco 3 weeks out of 4 😂 I cry at the tv for no reason and then the smallest of thing can set me off. I'll go into a mood where I just want to be alone and don't want to be spoken too. I can also get very depressed, I've been speaking to a physcologist who specialises in women's health. I've been told once I have my next surgery my hormones should balance out more and that my chances of conceiving will go up dramatically. I honestly could kill my partner some days just because I get so hormonal. I take pregnacare as well as milk thistle and omegas and dedicated beef liver. I find I have far more energy when I'm taking them. X
