I pee ALL OF THE TIME. I've been tested for diabetes a million times as that seems to be the only idea anyone has and I've never connected that to gynae stuff.

Really interested to hearing other peoples experiences x

Thanks for getting back to me. Its so embarrassing! I must cost my work a fortune in toilet paper! Even going shopping or out for meal etc I need to know where the loo is because I know I would be visiting it. I have a small bladder which was stretched years ago. It did work but maybe that's my problem, its shrunk again!

Hi I have the same issue as u, just had a lap and there is no endo on my bladder. I also have a small bladder which the urologist stretched 2 years ago but it didn't make any difference to be honest! I'm also quite prone to infections but thankfully I've not had one for a while. It is really frustrating peeing all the time, but take some comfort in knowing that you are not alone in this! I see my gyno in a few weeks so I'll let u know if she shines any light on my bladder issues. I was sure I'd have endo on my bladder but no. I have adenomyosis and I was reading that this can affect ur bladder. Did they find anything during ur lap?x

Yes constantly!!! For me it is linked to gynae stuff, unfortunately has been worse since lap 6 weeks ago, mentioned it to surgeon today and he is going to double check everything at my next lap in 2 weeks time but not expecting a miraculous solution!

Its so annoying! Having 2 laps in the space of weeks is a lot eh. Take care

Yes 2 major laps 8 weeks apart is hardly ideal and wasn't planned, my gynae underestimated how stuck my bowel was unfortunately so next lap is gynae and colorectal surgeons, fingers crossed I will be sorted for a while as its wiping out 3 months of my life having it all done! x

Yes, My favourite place seems to be the toilet at the moment, which is a bit sad, lol! Since my lap in June my bladder has been much worse and my night trips to the toilet are becoming very annoying. I've also had 4 water infections and I think I could possibly be starting with my 5th as I'm burning inside and have had blood in my wee. Oh the joys of endo!

My place is also the loo. Jim scared to drink a y alcohol at moment because when I do I'm constantly going the loo. It's embarrassing. If I have 2 cups of coffee before I go to work I can visit the loo 8 times in 1 hour.

Yes I'm the same weeing all the time and stage four endo, however it is on my bladder, and is painful if I have to hold it until i'v found a loo, it hurts to the extent it will double me over in pain...

Thank you for your comments. I don't have any pain when I go to the loo, its just too often for my liking.

First post girls! This one is a huge deal for me! YES I pee all the time..sooo annoying..I even feel the need after I've been!.. For me this indicates that something's not right again down there - awaiting specialist appointment at hospital after lap last May with large cyst removed and pelvis drained..my bowel is also another area with huge problems... My life since finding endo last May has revolved around pain, tablets and misery- on/ off depression. Juggling work and peoples opinions of endo... If you don't have it you don't understand the pain involved sometimes..Much love to all the ladies battling with their GPs and their endo. Nic. Xx

Hey, Id suggest you all research Interstitial Cystits and get reffered to a specilist. Its a condition commanly associted with endometriosis, causing chronic inflamation of the bladder. Good luck all, message me if you have any questions as i have been living with it for longer than i care to remember!!! X

Thanks. Years ago well before I was diagnosed with endo I had severe cystits. I had camera many times before they finally found scarring tissue and said they had to stretch my bladder because it was small. Thankfully I don't have pain like that anymore just going to the loo too often is a problem.

I too have interstitial cystitis. It is different from cystitis as it is a bladder disease (incurable) that presents with all the symptoms of a UTI with no infection actually being present. They can only diagnosis by ruling out everything else so do speak to your doctors about it as they will need to be aware of it to look for it. As far as I am aware they diagnose it through a procedure such as a laparoscopy as they need to examine the bladder quite closely. Treatment is limited but diet plays a huge part in managing this condition similarly to the endo diet. No caffeine is an absolute must.

Hope you get some answers! Xx

I had a referral to a women's physio an she was great for bladder advice. If you have an irritable bladder (for whatever reason including endo) they can advise on a list I food and drinks that are direct irritants. One of my biggest things was black currant type squash - evidently this is awful if you have an irritable bladder. She also gave me a regime to help to 're train' my bladder... This did involve keeping a wee diary and noting just how often I went to to loo or felt like it. Walking always made me feel like I needed to go. Anyway, long story short, she really helped me to train my bladder to not want to go as often and I feel better for it. It hasn't stopped the horrible pain cos of endo when I do go, but at least it's less often! We have to be thankful for small mercies I guess!! X

Thank you for getting back to me. I think I may try and keep a diary myself, its a great idea.
