Bloody discharge

I have been having bloody discharge for the past month or two everyday when not on my period . I have had my tubes tied for 6 years and have had an irregular period ever since . Help ! Is this normal ?

I know I might go to the emergency tomorrow. See I haven't had my period for a few months then I got a pap and been bleeding like spotting ever since but enough to go threw my pants
