Bloody discharge

Have any of you women had bloody discharge and it not be cancerous or anything bad!? Please help me

Thanks for your reassuring reply haha! Did you have pain at all before hand? I had a miscarriage last September and passed the baby and the tissue the day after I started bleeding ... About 6 weeks later I went to the toilet and felt something passing through me it was about the size of a lemon if not bigger and it was grey and fishy smelling (sorry) and sort of looked like intestines or a brain (sorry again) anyway not long after that I've started having pain on my right side, I'm wondering if what I passed was a fibroid? Pretty convinced it was nothing to do with the baby as all that had passed on day 1. And maybe now the pain I have is due to another or fibroid? I know you're no doctor just any advice is great for my peace of mind, I had 2 sharp pains this morning and started bleeding more, not bloody discharge more like period blood but still not much at all compared to the amount I bleed when on my period. I have my ultrasound in 10 days and I'm away for the week today as its my birthday otherwise I'd of booked in at the doctors. Just not sure what to think or do x

Hello! Was your blood dark or bright/ old or new? I'm going to google polyp now that's doesn't sound too great!

I had this very recently. I doubt it means you have cancer but if you're that worried get it checked out. Usually bloody discharge is old blood leaving the body (unless it's bright red). Any discharge that is coloured or has a smell is a sign of infection so best to see your doctor just in case

It's not dark blood it's bright, I'm away til Friday so going to make an appointment when I'm back hopefully I'll be okay til then, fingers crossed

It's horrible isn't it, my mum took me out Saturday for a birthday meal with family and I couldn't eat because I was in such a state about the abnormal bleeding. I felt so bad and like I'd upset my mum.

I don't do any workouts except walking and chasing around after my 2 year old boy haha!

Can I just ask when you passed the fibroid what did it look like? Gross I know but x

I have a scan booked on the 29th and in Wales til Friday so until at least Friday I'll have to wait it out. Thank you though, could well be an infection the miscarriage was a year ago though so thought I'd of had more symptoms by now. See what happens anyway but thank you, made me feel better x
