bloody discharge please help

hi please help

My periods are all over the place can be every 3 weeks can be every 5 weeks ect. On Tuesday it will be 4 weeks since my last. Today I noticed a bloody discharge and a again when I wiped but no sign of a period. I’ve never had this before ?

Hey, I get this too. Mine feel super irregular at the minute and I seem to spot most of the month but a lot of the time I have like a blood tinged discharge without proper bleeding.

see I haven’t had any spotting or any cramping tbh like usually. This is unusuall for me never had it before
