Endo, coil

After five years of pain I have been diagnosed with endo in my right overy. I saw a consultant last week and recommended the coil fitted. I was really worried about have this done because I have heard a lot of bad stuff. So while I am waiting to see if I can have a lap it will take 2 months waiting list. So now I went to the dr to have the coil fitted and now they are telling me they can't do it because no one was experienced, went to health clinic and there is a waiting list 2 1/2 months. Phoned bupa £300 to have a concutation and fitted. I am at my wits end with this. Can anyone please help me where to get this coil fitted? Many thanks
