Argh I hate this stupid disease

Was put on norethisterone 5 weeks ago after 5 months of decapeptyl failed to stop my periods and I ended up in A&E in pain crisis. Had some minor bleeding yesterday morning, then increasing pain all day, and horrendous pain all night, which I guess means the norethisterone isn't working either. Now have to drag my sorry a*se into London for a hospital appointment. I'm so tired and sore.

I don't know what's left that they can do now to tide me over until I can have surgery. This sucks.
