I don't know if anyone can help me. I had a lap for my endo year and a half ago my endo is in my pouch of Douglas! I for the last year have had pain in my bum cheek and down my leg a little whenever I walk a lot or do exercise and at my job if Im stood all day! Wonder if anyone can tell me if it's linked to endo! Thanks a lot everyone!!

Hi. I had this pain before I had my last op four weeks again. It turn out I had endo on my bowel and bladder. I struggled to sit as well sometimes.

But surely they would of noticed it on my last op? That's why I'm concerned nervous to go through it all again if it's not that! It's like on my sciatic nerve? Is that where you had it ? :) my bladder is always a nightmare as well! But I think that's just me!

On my last op I didn't have anything on bowel or bladder. It was on ovary and uterus and it have stuck my right ovary down. When I talk to my consultant and told him my bladder hurt and I had bowel problems he said to me it wasn't there before. but it had attacked the bowel and bladder. It's so frustrating because 3.5 years ago when I found out I thought that will be the end. But with in 18 months It was back. I had coil and zoladex injection and finally a second op. I hope u find the answer I no how frustrating it is to feel like your back at the start again. X

I suffer with pain to the left of my tailbone, bum cheek, left leg and lower groin. Made worse by standing or exercise. I have no diagnosis but from research I have figured out it must be in my pouch of Douglas.

When I had my lap last year they said I had endo in pouch of douglas too, I get agarp pains down side of my left leg and the top of my left bum cheek sort of feels like the muscles tight, does that sound similar?

I don't. Been off work today as it's 1st day of my period when my pain is worst. I've taken paracetamol, mefenamic acid and Tramadol but still in pain.

Hi, I have this pain, it's literally a pain in the ass! I go to an osteopath or physio which gives temporary relief. My 2nd lap gave me the longest period of respite from this but unfortunately it's back.

Sitting is worse for me. Stretching is good and moving around always helps me.

I believe it's connected to endo x
