Good morning everybody, I've got an appointment in August to see a gynaecologist as my scan results show that my ovaries (right one) is stuck to my womb the doctor has put me on the pill to see if it releases the pain, since I have been taken it the pain is always there now and it just seems to be getting worse. Has anyone experience this before?

Unfortunately yes, the pill never masked any pain for me and I was on it for 10 years. Naproxen did help a little if you ask your GP for it?

August is an awful long time, can you try persuade them to bring it forward? My left ovary was adherent to my womb, I'm 2 weeks post op and the left side pain has gone now it's released.

Has anyone mentioned a laparoscopy to correct this? He will probably mention this in August, I really hope you can get your appointment pulled forward! All the best xx

Thank you for the quick reply. No one has mentioned a lap but I am hoping I can get round them by taking my overy out, I tried to bring it forward with no luck she did say try every week to see if there has been any councillaion. What happened with mine it sticks to my womb then keeps coming apart it then bleeds and keeps sticking

Not a problem :) oh gosh that sounds painful. If it gets really Unbearable, you could ask for Tramadol, I don't know how that works with getting it from GPs though sorry, good luck!
