Hello everyone,

I'm really suffering from constantly feeling dehydrated I drink 2 or more litres of water a day easily but it don't feel like it makes any difference. I stopped zoladex a fair few weeks ago I don't know if it's that? Has anyone else suffered from this?

xx

Codeine, I bet it's Codeine! Have you got the leaflets from in the boxes? Have a read of the side effects, Codeine is the only one we have in common xx

Hello! I know a few months have gone by already...but if you are still looking for an answer... here we go! lol

So even though you may be drinking a lot of water, that doesn't necessarily mean you are "hydrating" your body. If anything, those who drink ample amount of clean water but are still always feeling thirsty is because their electrolyte and minerals are low/ imbalanced.

Try drinking a tall glass of water with a dash of PURE Himalayan pink salt dissolved into it to replace those important minerals and electrolytes. THEY ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR BODILY FUNCTION.

People say to avoid salt when on their period cramping or because of other illnesses/symptoms, but honestly that can be dangerous depending on the person.

So learn about your self, test this out if you'd like, and try to listen to your body when it says it has "too much salt" or "too little" (its easy to feel most times though)

ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR POTASSIUM / SODIUM RATIOS ARE CORRECT!!!

Potassium (2) : (1) Sodium

Not what you're looking for?
