Cramps and spotting after exercise .....

Does anyone else get cramps and spotting after exercise? I get it after a bowel movement too. I haven't been officially diagnosed yet (still waiting for first gynea app) . I'm on my fourth pack of the mini pill which has stopped the awful pain and the fainting but I just get a lot of cramps and there's no routine to it. It's all completely random .

Have you been to the docs about the bleeding especially from the bowel. Any blood especially if its from the bowel should be checked. If its just from excercise the doc might say its just pressure but they still have to check to be sure. I used to get bleeding after exercise but that was because i had a polyp. Have you had a scan to check for these or cysts? I also had sharp jabbing pains which the doc told me yku dont get but i did and told her. It was the reason i went to the docs in the first place with the bleeding an pain. Dont ignore it get it seen too, it could be worse but dont let it go like most docs without asking for a scan or something for proof.docs havent got xray vision as most of them talk like they have.

Sorry I meant it was vaginal spotting , not from the bowel. I had a scan and lots of blood tests. Just waiting to see gynea now x
