I had to take these for 10 days ..day one taking them left a horrible taste in my mouth and everytime I took them I had this taste ..day 3 taking them I got a cold I'm not sure if I caught it from somewhere but I haven't been around any ill people as currently signed off work for another ailment . I too felt sicky and tired the whole time and got awful stomach cramps .i am glad my 10 days are up I felt awful on them .
