i have a 4.6cm simple cyst on left overy going for another scan after 4 months to see if any bigger.

getting scared now no pain can these go on there own without surgery?

I had a ovarian cyst in the past that did go on its own i was offered to go on cerazette to help reduce the chances of another one but i think that was only down to the range of symptoms i had and the pain i was in at the time. Most women have cysts at some point or my even have 1 with every period and dont even realise they have had one. They are very common.
