I had a lap may last year. Stage 3. I cnt remember much more than that as he tried explaining it not long after coming round. But im sure my gp shud have those notes and i can ask that at the wkend. I think it might be my cervix as he couldnt do alot as he didnt to enter via the vagina rather than my stomach.
Hi, as Tboag says, l think it all depends where the endo is and how it is treated as well as 'normal' factors like overall health of you and your partner. I'm 33, was diagnosed at 31 with stage 4, fortunately not affecting my reproductive organs but was still advised to try sooner rather than later especially considering my age. We weren't quite ready (a lot to take in and were due to get married) so following surgery went on provera for 6 months to stop periods then decided to try. I conceived within 3 months but lost our first baby, however another 3 months later, l was pregnant again. I am now sitting next to a Moses basket with my 2 week old son in it! I hope my story can offer you a little reassurance but advise you discuss all your concerns with your doctor, family etc and get the right treatment. X
