Has anyone got pregnant with stage 3 endometriosis?
Hi shanrich1995 i was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2013 and had some removed during a laparoscopy. I became pregnant in 2019 after trying for just two months. Sadly our son was stillborn, but we’ve been told that wasn’t anything to do with my endometriosis.
Im so sorry you went through this! Sending you big hugs and lots of love. I had sepsis last year and had some endo removed then and everything else. Been trying ever since and still nothing. Just been getting false positives and then i came on x
Yeah it sucks, especially as we haven’t managed to get pregnant since (my son was born august 2019), we are waiting for an appointment with the fertility clinic although we’re expecting it to be a while yet due to covid. So sorry to hear about what you’ve endured too, sepsis is really serious. Can you get a referral to fertility for some help?
I have stage 4 deep infiltritating endo and I have conceived twice now- both took a while , almost 3 yrs each. All I can say is keep trying and stay positive c
Thank you! Thats made me hopeful, ive been so down about it. And its really getting to me now x
Honestly don’t- I’ve been there and it just doesn’t help. We got to the point where my other half didn’t even wanna do the deed because of the pressure... I even tried ivf which failed and then we conceived 6 months after that. I am now 15 wks with my 3rd and that also took 2.5yrs with my gp telling me I was pre menopausal. I’m a true believer of it will happen when the time is right xx
Hey shanrich1995 I have stage 4 endo and I have a 2 year old kicking me in the back right now whilst half asleep. It wasn’t easy getting her here and took longer than anticipated but it is possible xx
Hello! Im sorry i havent got advice as such. I, myself have stage 3 also. As i am not in that part of my life to start a family i just wanted to give you best wishes, lots of hugs and to suggest that stress can do werid things with our cycles so try to reduce it as much as you can (easier said than done-not much help with ongoing pandemic) but i got my fingers and toes crossed for you☺️ x
I have stage 4 and got pregnant. Just the once. I call her my miracle child. Although she is 19 now.
Hi there,Less lightly. Drug management of the Endometriosis is important, as is anti Inflammatory drugs.
With me though I had both ovaries only 1 produced eggs that could be used in IVF. I also after the poor number of eggs produced, just had 2 to use. Then there were was found that the womb was poor and the drugs I was allergic to after conception. So it failed a wk later. I am glad I tried IVF. It was a lit to go through. It made my Endometriosis worse. Now I happy I don't have children. I think it's a mind set and once you except what you have done and tried you will be happier.
❤️
Thank you so much! I agree with you, im sorry you went through that. Sending you lots of love xxx
I have stage 4 endo and have been pregnant twice, one super cheeky miracle child and the other sadly failed mid way through due to something unrelated to endo. The hardest thing to do is to take the pressure off but you also have to remember to live too. Make sure you have times where you try not to think about it. We tried for 3 years but it does work in the end. I also went gluten free about six months before it worked as was just trying anything and everything. No idea at all if connected but made me feel in control of something. Stay positive
