When to have sex?!

Hi,

I'm nearly 3 weeks post op and just wondering if anyone knows what time period is advised after a lap to when you can have sex again. I don't want to rush things but looking to try for a baby so just wanted to know as I wasn't told from my surgeon and can't remember info from previous ones.

When you feel comfortable and not in pain, I had sex with my boyfriend 2 weeks afterwards. As long as you are gentle and careful of the stitches and feel ready you will be fine

I was told 4 weeks but I had excision as well. Good luck with TTC x
