So much pain
I'm so sorry you're are in pain Hun. Can you get an appointment with your GP to discuss your pain meds? You can do this! You just need to give yourself a little slack and don't beat yourself up! Hugs x
Thank you xx I going to see my GPs. I can't function as I'm in so much pain it's not fair to my family and I can't keep going on like this.
I hope this is just a bad day for you. I recommend a hot water bottle and pain meds. I completely empathise with you and hope you are feeling better soon
Oh no, so sorry you are suffering. Hopefully it will ease off soon. xx
I know how you feel. If you want to talk to someone about it you can message me! I hope you will feel better soon x
I'm the same..if this is any consultation
Please don't give up. Have you tried Organic food? I know natural remedies are no quick fix but it does help reduce pain. I used to use heating pad and it did help with my pain along with a pain medicine. Acupuncture also helps to reduce pain.
I already eat mostly organic foods. I've tried a heat pad or hot water bottle and they don't help. I can't sit down, stand up, lay down or anything. I'm even struggling to walk. I've taken oralmorph which has taken the edge off the pain but it still hurts like hell. I'm off to my doctors today ask just can't take anymore. I've done nothing but cry.
How did your DR's visit go? I know some people that went under surgery with exceptionally skilled surgeon became pain free. I am so sorry you are experiencing so much pain. Can you do medical marijuana? It does help to relax and block pain (not 100%) from endo.
Have you tried special massage for endo, adhesion, scar tissue etc?
I am not in the UK, so not familiar with endo specialist (surgeon) in your area. I know some people did get significant relief from surgery performed by very skilled surgeon here in the US. If you are going for surgery, make sure to ask about adhesion and scar tissue prevention because they can cause pain even years after surgery.
Hi Shandy,
So sorry to hear you're having such a tough time... Would you be able to ask for a referral to a specialist pain consultant? I found this hugely helpful, and specialists usually seem to be far more sympathetic and committed to helping you find a solution.
Look after yourself, hang in there - there are ways to make things better xxxx
