Does anyone suffer with continual lower backache? Can't seem to shake it with pain relief so wondering if it is just my endo (my symptoms are getting worse, got an appointment in Jan to discuss surgery again) or if something else is going on? I know I haven't pulled a muscle or anything and have good posture.
Thanks!

All the time! Its really deep down and 'internal' feeling if that makes sense. Not just.on the surface where I feel it if I pull a muscle or something. Out of interest is your Endo in the pouch of douglas? Mine is and my gynae said its very common to have a persistent back ache in the area with Endo in that section. Xx
I'm pretty sure it was clear at my last op 2 years ago but I don't know if that may have changed now?! I guess I will just see how I go with it over the next couple of days and may speak with my nurse specialist Friday. .. just feel like it's never ending with pain these days...
I have continual lower back pain. Only just been diagnosed after being told numerous times by various consultants it's very rare to get it where I have. Have a ultrasound next week however not sure what that is going to do as I've heard these do not show endo.
Back ache is my main pain and nothing really gets rid of it!
However heat pads and ibroprofen cream seem to help it slightly!
Also using cushions to keep ur posture !
Hope these ideas help 😞 It may be worth askiing/ looking at endometriosis to the bowel, my back pain seems due to that but it depends if u suffer with bowel movement too 👎🏼
