basically, every doctor and gynae i have seen have told me i definitely have endo, all of my symptoms match up but i am still waiting for my laparoscopy. I find that my pains vary and they come in phases, like i wont have pains for 2 weeks but ill be in agony for a few days, my legs are ALWAYS really sore and even numb from the pain, but my major issue is the fatigue. I cant even go to college without falling asleep in my lectures even if i got a great night sleep! I also work part time and I have not told them about my endo as i cant officially get a doctors note until i have my laparoscopy!
What should I do ??
Is there anything i can do for the fatigue?

I'm I'm the same boat as you, no official diagnosis but the doctors believe I have it as they've found scarring on my ovary but haven't had any other previous conditions to cause this and am waiting for my lap (hopefully asap).
You can get a doctors note for some things, they can't say you definately have it but they suspect that's what you have (that's what my gp did) and tell them they need to make reasonable changes to make things slightly easier for you. So for example my doctor told my work place I need an hour's break if I'm doing an 8hour+ shift. My gp also told my work place what meds I'm taking and that im awaiting surgery on the note so they're aware of my circumstances.
I struggle so badly with fatigue, especially now that I'm taking new pain meds that make me drowsie. Gentle exercise always helps me, such as yoga or walking. I know that can be hard on the bad days but even spending twenty minutes on one or the other helps me.
Also take vitimans/ foods that are high in vitamin c and iron and they will help with energy levels. High veg/fruit diet in general can help, you might not notice the benefits straight away but slowly overtime you should notice the difference.
For the soreness in the legs im not so sure, I guess again exercise can help with circulation. Also warm baths can help ease muscle tension and soreness (my back plays up a lot so I tend to have long soaks in the bath when I can) use oils/salts/bubble bath/bath bombs with peppermint, cinnamon or black pepper as these are all warming essential oils and are good for muscle tensions. Lavender and chamomile is good for relaxing both the mind and muscles. Also Epsom salts are good too for muscle pain.
I hope this helps! Feel free to message me if you ever need someone to chat to whose currently in the same boat!
Sorry to hear all that! I am in the same boat as you as well as I am constantly exhausted and just like you fall asleep in lectures I really struggle not to fall asleep in meetings at work its a nightmare!
I agree with Peachii though, exercise helps me too and I also find vitamin b, vitamin c, vitamin d, iron and folic acid help a bit when i take them every day for a long period of time (deficiencies in these can lead to being constantly exhausted as I found out from a blood test a few years back) so I would advise taking all of those
I hope you get a lap date soon and it all goes well x
Let me know if you find something else that works really well, I can’t seem to get it under control at the moment!
I would say with the vitamins you honestly don’t need the expensive stuff (unless you want it) I have tried that and the supermarket stuff and I find the supermarket stuff is cheaper but works just as well for me
Not sure if it will help you but to stay awake in meetings I try to secretly doodle or keep sipping water to try and keep myself awake - only issue is then I al running to the loo once I get out haha x
I had a lot of leg problems prior to my surgery. I really sympathise. I couldn't walk without tightness and pain in the end (I had endometriosis on a ligament so that explained why) they still feel heavy and tired now on bad days. But as said here some gentle pilates can really help ease them. Magnesium is good for tiredness. Taking it before bed really helps to relax you and improve the quality of sleep. I haven't tried it yet but I read that rosemary improves concentration so maybe getting something with rosemary oil to sniff during lectures if you're struggling that day might be worth a shot? I should take my own advise as I've nearly fallen asleep at work before...
I have severe tiredness too but I am not sure what it relates to as I have endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, under-active thyroid and ulcerative colitis. I've asked my GP to be referred to the Chronic Fatigue clinic at the local hospital as I want to know what is causing it. I've suffered with severe tiredness since I was a teenager and I am so fed up with it. Jo x
I take vitamins with high dose of iron in them you need to check as some will have only 5mg you can get one called fermoglobin which has 17mg of iron i also take evening primrose oil which has helped a lot even with the pain and magnesium which has really helped to i do still have days where im quite bad but i know when to expect those it happens just as im about to ovulate as ovulating flares up my pain and just before my period i get bad, i looked into it all as i was sick of falling asleep in the chair at 6pm and being in bed by 7pm 🙈
